1. General Policy

All products are custom-made based on customer requests. Therefore:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or customer errors.
  • By placing an order, you agree to the final design, specifications, and details provided.

2. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

We only offer replacements or refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged upon arrival
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The product is significantly different from the confirmed order (wrong design, size, or item)

3. Claim Process

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Claims must be submitted within 3 days after receiving the product
  • Provide:
    • Order details
    • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Send your claim via:

We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept claims for:

  • Minor color differences due to screen vs print variations
  • Slight variations in size, placement, or finishing
  • Customer-provided design errors (low resolution, typos, incorrect content)
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

5. Replacement Process

If your claim is approved:

  • We will reproduce and resend the product at no additional cost
  • Replacement production time may vary depending on the order

6. Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be:

  • Processed via the original payment method or agreed alternative
  • Issued only after claim approval
  • Completed within a reasonable processing period

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be canceled once production has started
  • Cancellation before production may be subject to administrative fees
