Maura Printing provides custom merchandise and printing services, including but not limited to apparel, drinkware, accessories, and other personalized products based on customer requests.
All products are made-to-order based on the specifications provided by the customer.

- Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, including design files, sizes, quantities, and shipping information.
- Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.
- Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation is received.
3. Custom Design Responsibility
- Customers are fully responsible for the content of the designs they submit.
- By submitting a design, you confirm that you have the legal right to use it and that it does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
- Maura Printing is not liable for any legal issues arising from customer-submitted designs.
4. Production and Delivery
- Production time may vary depending on order quantity and complexity.
- Estimated production and delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or force majeure events.
5. Product Quality and Variations
- Due to the nature of printing processes, slight variations in color, size, or placement may occur.
- Digital previews may differ slightly from the final printed product.
- These minor differences are considered normal and not defects.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
- As all products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or refunds.
- However, replacements may be offered if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The product does not match the confirmed order specifications
- Claims must be submitted within [3–7 days] after receiving the product, along with clear photo evidence.
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
- Cancellation requests before production may be subject to administrative fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Maura Printing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs created by Maura Printing, are the property of Maura Printing and may not be used without permission.
